Well that fact definitely proves me wrong because harsh side effects from improper medicine have only been around for a

My aunt had a minor illness and was prescribed Chloramphenicol which killed her. Other children were also killed.

Safe use is surely important. Some risks are set aside when time is of the essence, which many have felt was the case.
