You might be interested in reading up on what happened to Anthony Smith, the 6’4 205 lbs UFC #3 ranked light heavy weight assassin... regarding being a victim of a home invasion.
Anthony describes a young man in his early 20’s that is maybe 160-170 lbs giving him the fight of his life. Mind you, Anthony went all 5 rounds with Jon Jones who is arguably the most dangerous and toughest human in planet earth, at least pound for pound.
Anthony describes given this guy everything imaginable from world class striking, to elbows, kicks etc and yet the intruder rendered his fighting skills somewhat useless until law enforcement arrived.
