We had a flu that lasted 5-7 days in early Feb. We all had high fever and an

extreme lack of energy. My wife did not have a fever at all. We did not have shortness of breath and there was coughing, but not a ton (the coughing generally only hit at the absolute peak).

I think back and still think it was the flu, but now wonder...
