That even in normal times, Good Friday, is a big deal back east and most of the Christian world.
Every year our sales agents are annoyed people are short with them or are their prospects complain about them calling them. I patiently have to explain what a big deal Easter tradition is to most Christians. It wouldn't hurt if LDS culture remembered that on other religions holy days.
I really don't think it's realistic to not call them business side of it. But a little sensitivity on our ends would be in order. Don't know if anyone else has noticed that year to year.
