As you answer, you should think about what % of a team sees field.
If you are riding the pine at BYU and Utah offered you a scholly, you probably go.
The same could be said of Utah players to BYU, though.
Thing is, most bench players aren't being offered schollies by other good schools. The Transfer Portal is strong evidence of that.
