It doesn't feel like I've eaten unless I've had __________
I rarely ate rice before my mission to Japan. But then rice became an integral part of every meal. Before long, it felt like I hadn't eaten a meal until I had a bowl of rice. That carb-loading bowl was the signal that I had finally eaten enough.
