I was watching some stuff on coaching last week and came across a clip of Bronco
talking about how they spent an entire practice doing a drill because the players weren't doing it perfectly. They were on their 171st time (or something crazy like that) before they had to end practice. This was when he first got to Virginia.

I wonder how many other college coaches have the discipline themselves to do that and not quit after 100 times. I imagine there are only a handful of them.
