teachers and government workers who are leaving the state in droves. Their inevitable tax hikes will accelerate the exodus. That doesn't seem like a winning strategy.

That is from a bond the citizens approved to build the school not state budgets.

Those usually aren't admin. Coaches will typically receive a teacher's salary.
