No good answers when it comes to treating anxiety imo
I would try random ssri’s or maybe the propranolol but would do my best to stay away from Ativan long term (if using daily).
One of the rare times a little alcohol or weed could be best long term. Tough situation. Good luck.

Taking daily Ativan is baaaaaaad medicine. I think a switching to something like propranolol is a great idea.
