I have only used Ativan twice and have been doing my best to manage it by doing active things. I wouldn’t do the drug thing but a glass of wine maybe. I just need to get to back to my routine after this is all done

Taking daily Ativan is baaaaaaad medicine. I think a switching to something like propranolol is a great idea.
