Still waiting on the screen but otherwise have the equipment.

For the screen we got an Elite Screen Wraithwait Dual, 123”. We will be able to project from the front or rear so depending on weather or condition of the grass we can switch from lawn to patio easily. Using the rear means we can setup all equipment on the covered patio, no wires or speakers on the grass.

Projector is an Epson Home Cinema 2150. It is not 4K, just 1080p, but had higher lumens and higher contrast so it’ll be better for outdoors. Up to 25 feet but we will generally use 10ish feet.

Sound is a JBL LinkBar with wireless woofer. It has AndroidTV so we’ve got access to the streaming apps as well. Or I can plug in my phone or iPad via the HDMI.

Until the screen comes we’re testing it on the living room wall. My daughter immediately took it over to watch a Disney show on the whole wall.

I’m looking forward to backyard movies. Hope the neighbors don’t hate it too much. 😉
