Wouldn't even need to put it in the concrete
Put it in the grass right next to the driveway at the lowest spot, about an inch below concrete level. Connect a drain pipe and slope it towards the lower part of the lawn and daylight the pipe into the grass. Cut drain pipe at an angle to match the slope of the grass.

Might need to cut down the grass along the edge of the driveway, as it looks like the dirt and grass are a couple inches higher than concrete, preventing the water from running off.
