I've tweaked it some.
3-1.5- 45m for baby back
I used to not wrap them, but I've done it twice this spring and they turned out the best they ever have.
That's a three-hour mark, I will wrap them and then spritz them with apple cider to add a little moisture, and it works out awesome.
