If I had the kind of money to be in the market for that kind of property,
(and I do - after all, I'm on CB); I just can't see why I wouldn't want to build something custom with the details that I want from the ground up. Obviously money would not be an issue. Why buy custom when you can afford to build custom?
That, and the fact that Jordan's Chicago house is an architectural abomination.
