Same thing happened to me yesterday. It was because I have a daughter in college. It also took 5 min longer than they
Said it would. I asked the person why they would send out a survey if all they were going to do was call me to get me to answer questions. Told them it was a waste of time and taxpayer money so that it would be recorded. Just dumb.
