I left the auto industry and now work in the software industry. I found this interesting about how Tesla approaches, writes and implements software. No other auto company is approaching software like Tesla. It’s possible that another company could use a similar approach in the future but it isn’t likely due to the way that they rely on suppliers and not look at the entire product as a whole.
