I really like salt and pepper, heavy on the pepper.
Some garlic powder. Smoke at 225 until hits 120-125 then reverse sear on blazing hot skillet 60-90 seconds per side until you have a good sear. Ends mediumish which is what my kids will eat. I'd rather have it a little more rare, but it's still delicious.
