I need a recommendation for a new place in Utah County. Not fancy/expensive like Tsunami and not a Japanese Steakhouse like Tempura.

Itto, at university mall is the best Sushi in the valley hands down, amazing

Five Brothers Sushi is pretty fantastic. It's my favourite Sushi place in Provo.
