I coded the prototype and I've used it for some customer deliverables. I have all the class diagrams and data schemas for now--I think I can help manage it really well and set some clear expectations.

I am looking to hire good quality guys. I'm ok with overseas, but honestly have no idea of what I would need to do to manage that. Looking at a few different places. Anything I should read before I get started? Hoping to get going within the next month.
