Flank steak. Not quite Ribeye, but certainly no ground beef. Slightly classier
Seasoned with garlic salt and lots of pepper and they were fantastic. I was feeding about 20 people and wasn't going to splurge on Ribeye for all of them. Flank steak worked great though.
