Maybe about a month ago? IIRC, he’s been in the military he talked about his journey how we counted calories, I thought it was 1650 a day, but I searched and couldn’t find it. Talked about some apps and some other things.

My daughter and SIL I’m looking for some good ideas. So even if you can’t help me find that particular post if you could list some of the free apps out there to help people count calories or other good advice. TIA.
