We've had the same mattress for 14 years. It was a good, though not high end, mattress when we purchased it. I'm wondering if it is time for a new one because my wife (37 yrs old and in good health) wakes up nearly every morning saying her back and hips are stiff and hurt and because I see and hear ads for Purple and Sleep Number.

Will a new mattress help or has a new mattress helped you? Any recommendations?
