One thing that really bugs me in a work setting is when people use "I" when
things are a group effort. This started to bug me on my mission. I had a companion who when setting up appointments would say things like, "I'll be back in the area on Thursday. Can I come by at 3:30?" It always bugged me... Like, dude, I'm your companion and plan to come with you to the appointment.

There is a guy at work who always does a similar thing. "I sold a lot of ____ yesterday." Umm... you didn't, the website that all of us contribute to did.

Using "we" drives more unity and makes everyone feel like their contributions are valuable. It's a simple thing that can make a difference.

Am I dumb?
