3200 or 3100 is alot. Is there a specific reason you are consuming that many?
My other question would be what are they coming from?
Whole foods like brown rice, chicken ect will rest a lot better than McDonald's burgers and fries.

He might be a big guy. My BMR is about 2500 calories. I maintain my weight there
