Does it give a fat, carb and protein breakdown or just say eat this?
Do you exercise and if so for how long and how many times a week?
Basically you are getting about 1000-1500 in extra cals over your daily burn which is right around 2k/day for avg person.

3200 or 3100 is alot. Is there a specific reason you are consuming that many?

He might be a big guy. My BMR is about 2500 calories. I maintain my weight there
