It is a gorgeous home..unfortunately, all that grass doesn't qualify for "green

belt." Therefore, the taxes on the 2 acres are pretty high. My grandfather was a farmer in Charleston. So, in the 70s my mom and dad built a home on her inherited land. Nice house but nothing like what is being built now. It still is a nice little community. You have to have 1 acre to build (with a few exceptions--there's one or two subdivisions going in). No sewer system yet.
