My list: gas cooktop, electric double wall oven (if space), pull-out shelves and wide drawers, built in trash bin,
built-in spice rack (bottom pull-out), baking sheet pull-out, big single sink, pull-down faucet, baking center for small appliances. If I think of something else, I'll add it.
