I prefer gas for my cooktop and my cooktop has four burners, a griddle and a grill. It’s big but it’s awesome. I prefer electric for the ovens and it is a double convection oven. You’ll never regret having one of those. Also a trash compactor. I’d get a second smaller drink fridge under the island and the main fridge should be a large commercial fridge.
