If I could recommend one thing it would be a steam oven. If you are going to do
Double ovens look into doing one regular oven and one Combi steam oven. The steam oven is our most used appliance besides our stove. Look into it. Cost us more money but it was well worth it.
Steam oven is above regular convection oven
Other things we have loved after our remodel: Pull out spice cabinets built into the sides of the hood. The two corbels on each side of the hood pull out like this.
Pull out knife drawer and pull out utensil drawer (saves on counter clutter)
Also the pull out pantry on the side of the fridge
Like others have already stated, pull outs for things down low are a life saver. We did a mix between drawers and cabinet pull outs.
