I think it’s comparing the people that were 25-34 in 1989 to people that were 25-34 in 2016.
So different groups of people, but people at certain ages doing worse than their predecessors.
Today’s 30 year olds are worse off than 1990’s 30 year olds.
Is that wrong? I’m reading other people’s descriptions and too stupid to even understand what they are saying.
