Pretty much all of the Army space stuff is staying at SMDC and ARL
There really isn't much cross-service resources coming into the Space Force - it is all pretty much an Air Force division of powers. You didn't mention the Navy, but SPAWAR quickly changed their name to NIWC (Naval Information Warfare Center), probably to avoid any chance of getting swept up.
I would argue that there would be more savings if the space divisions of the separate forces were to join together. That may be something that comes in time.
