Go wailea. The beach is nice although it’s a couple hundred feet from the hotel

Ground to get to the nice part of the beach. There is a little mall across the street that has some decent cheap places to eat. It is definitely the “less authentic” part of the island as it’s mostly newer buildings and resorts.

The pool is great for little kids and adults.

There are lots of resorts right there so the beaches had lots of people but

We stayed at the Kaanapali. Beaches were flawless. Can't speak to the others.

Wailea has a better beach and I like that area better than the kaanapali area.

We stayed at the Wailea Marriott. Of your choices on Maui, it's the best one.

We loved Wailea. Beach/snorkeled near the resort, ate all of our meals in Kihei.
