And another 90 million are pre diabetic and don’t even know about it. So I’d argue that it is a much bigger issue than caffeine.
The only group I can safely say should take OJ are pirates, because the vitamin C will help with scurvy. Even pregnant
Women would do better with the small caffeine vs the chance of gestational diabetes.
