Update on Lagoon visit if anyone's interested
It was a great time to be there. Wait times were relatively short, although being limited to 15% capacity, there would have been no wait at all if they weren't spacing out rides to every other row and only family members on each row. Seriously, if anyone could catch Covid-19 from someone sitting in the row in front of them on a roller coaster, then we all would have had it by now anyway.

I got my fill of roller coasters within the first two hours of being there. Over the last decade, my enjoyment of them has declined, while the nausea and discomfort level has risen to the point where I think I'm good without them. Sign of getting old, I guess.

Anyway, it cost a pretty penny, but we figured it would be our only expensive vacation for the summer since otherwise, we'll just be camping or paddle boarding this summer. Plus we could support a local company. If you live nearby, it might be a good time for a season pass. They're about the cost of two day passes at the current rate and the small crowds are a refreshing change from other times I've been there.
