That's SOUTH Carolina mustard sauce, right?
I think that's a South Carolina thing. Growing up in Tidewater Virginia, we shared the white vinegar based shredded BBQ pork with Eastern North Carolina.
I've never tried the South Carolina mustard sauce thing, but it sounds good.
