Actually, lots of builders will do this if you ask.
I know a regional counsel for KB Homes, he said that's a pretty common incentive offered for people without agents.
I don't know if you get a better or worse deal by not having an agent, but I know if you say they should reduce the price because you don't have an agent, many of the bigger builders will do that.
