I lived there for 5 years. I hated it.

People are nice, housing is cheap. Family friendly. Loved the thunderstorms.

Problem is there is nothing to do. I used to joke the state motto should be "fun is just a state away". My wife liked it there but if you enjoy the outdoors you will probably not enjoy it.
