doing and then went to his office and stitched up his own hand. His wife took some pictures and sent them out to our family. He usually brings stuff like that to our family outings just in case someone needs stitches and instead of heading to ER he does them for us. Makes it so much easier and doesn't waste a ton of time.

If you have the expertise to do it, then I would be doing it rather than taking my kid to the ER. Me I am not capable of doing that, not a big fan of that kind of stuff.
