to help promote more competitive balance? Maybe attract ambitious owners?

Fans would be but some research shows dynasties are often good for a league.

No because they wouldn't be able to routinely rest up their starting XI for CL or DFB.

If teams 3-5 could consistently step up they’d be in great shape.

The EPL had always had the best depth at the top of any big league. And really the most parity from top to bottom
