I just missed out on the biggest real estate/financial opportunity of my middle-age life...
I'll spare the details but it was a rare opportunity that didn't work out. Normally I would tell myself better things will come along but I also know second chances don't always come along. With this opportunity, it was probably a one-time thing. Trying to cope with the frustration of it all.
