Unfortunately I had to buy it pre-spiced, so the online recipes don't help me much. I went pre-spiced because at Costco the only other alternative was to buy 15 lbs+, and at every other store it was prohibitively expensive per pound. I'm a smoking noob so I'm not quite ready for cleaning, dressing, dressing and spicing a $50-$100 piece of meat, but am looking forward to seeing how this goes. Brisket is my favorite.
