Based on the talent in front of him. Look at the roster. LB is the place where this team is the deepest.
He doesn't have the size or speed to play anything other than ILB or MLB and he's buried behind talented guys. Kavika Fonua, Payton Wilgar, Max Tooley, Keenan Pili, Jackson Kaufusi...not to mention a potential star (probable star IMO) like Ben Bywater.
