people start to feel like things are somewhat "normal" in the employment market again. Usually the economy has already been growing for at least a quarter or two before laypeople really start to notice it and believe it.

I think unemployment will plateau and start to decline very soon, no later than in Q3. It will just take a while before people perceive it to be that way, and to believe it. At least this is how it has worked in every other recession I know of.
