Try downloading the My Fitness Pal app. You enter your age, weight, and goal then the app guides you on the right amount.
If your Dr. gives you a certain specific guideline on calories or sugar level or whatever you can even enter that in.
Front there it’s as easy as scanning the UPC code or typing in whatever it is you are eating.
Even if don’t use it daily it’s great to do once in a while to see how you’re doing.
