you should be counting the calories in your fruit your eating. you can google
calories for any fruit. I would weigh it and count in in whatever tracking device you have.

There are about 50 calories in 100 grams of pineapple.

Vegetables are really the only thing you can eat without tracking quantity. You can overeat with fruit, it's harder than with junk food but still can be done. Watermelon is a very filling low calorie fruit also.
