If it’s done a couple of hours early you can keep it wrapped and in a cooler....
I usually use Apple cider or juice the last half of my cook so my butts are usually already wrapped.
If you insulate them in a cooler they will still be hot 2 hours later.

Do it over night. Put it in the oven at 170 when you get up in they morning

I usually wrap after 4 hours, you aren't getting any more smoke after that point
