unctoothman Intervention Needed
What an idiot. A lot of those perceived financial shortcomings would go away if Millennials would stop
Eating out several times a week with friends, upgrading to the newest phone whenever it comes out, dedicating excessive time enhancing their social profile or trolling social media instead of working a second job, etc.

Very few people are blessed with financial security and independence in their 20s or 30s. These guys are no different. If anything, access to education is greater than ever. Access to information to facilitate home buying or employment opportunities is greater than ever. Whenever I hear someone comment about how tough things are for them and use a crap excuse like "in these hard times" I want to throw up in my mouth and tell them that everybody goes through hard times and what dictates getting through those is a lot less a reflection of how much you making a lot more of a reflection of how you spend it and how hard you work. It may be tough now, but every generation has had a tough window of time to weather. Just put your head down and work instead of looking around and comparing what you have to what you think everyone else has.

If you want to lose weight you just eat less than you burn. If you want to prosper financially you just spend less than you make. Pretty simple economics that a whole lot of young people today I would rather argue and complain about then do something about.
