This poll is hilarious because it confirms and propagates some of the same stereotypes it is asking about. Looking for someone to blame for their problems, but not even considering that they themselves might be responsible.
To be fair, many do clump Gen Z in with millennials. That is largely because they continue some of the signature stereotypes.
Like with most stereotypes, not all implicated are guilty, but many are or their wouldn't be a stereotype.
The funniest thing about the millennials who match the sterotypes is that most don't recognize it and will argue to the death that they either aren't a millennial or at the very least that they aren't one of "those" millennials. Yet when you go down the list of stereotypical millennial behavior and thought processes, they exhibit the vast majority of them.
Obviously there are many (most likely including the OP) that avoided the most amusing and annoying millennial character traits. Certain family cultures and climates can mitigate and sometimes quell altogether the "millennial" mindset. This is far from certain though, as I've seen both archetypal and extremely grounded millenials grow out of the same household.
