My father flipped when my brother built his first house at 22 in 1993.
He thought it outrageous that you could purchase a house that young. It was 1100sq/ft but he built it new for under $100k. Dad, an actual boomer, said it was irresponsible and entitled.

Just for reference, Gen-X got the same flack millennials are getting now.
