Can it mean you do somethings with one hand and others things with the other hand.

Example: eating, writing with left hand but all sports with right hand.

Not really. I was a left-hander growing up in a right-hand world and I adapted a lot. Can't eat or write right at all.

I write on paper left-handed, but on a whiteboard or chalkboard I use my right.
